A £5 coin series has been released in celebration of Her Majesty The Queen’s dedication to the Crown throughout her extraordinary 70-year reign.

The first of three coins pays tribute to honours and awards, with a design featuring a range of medals including the George Cross, Victoria Cross and the Distinguished Flying Cross.

Issued to honour key aspects of Her Majesty’s life of service, three UK coins will be released this year.
