Silver 5oz honours the men who helped liberate Europe

This Year we mark the 75th Anniversary of the Normandy landings. On 6th June 1944, Allied forces came by land, sea and air and would eventually bring about the liberation of Europe and ultimately the end of the Second World War.

To commemorate this historic anniversary, a brand new Silver 5oz coin has been issued.

Solid Silver

Struck from .999 solid Silver to a pristine Proof finish, this coin features an iconic D-Day scene depicting troops beginning their assault on Utah and Omaha beaches.

The impressive 65mm diameter of this 5oz coin has enabled the designer to create an image with a level of detail truly fitting for such an historic anniversary.

Just 495 Available Worldwide - Sell-out Likely

A worldwide edition limit of just 495 has been set. The demand for D-Day 75th coins has been huge, verging on unprecedented, therefore we expect a complete sell-out.
