Limited UK availability

In 2016, The Royal Mint released a new Silver Proof £2 Coin to mark the 400th Anniversary of William Shakespeare's death.

Struck to 1oz Fine Silver specification, rarely used in the UK, it is also finished to a unique Matt Proof Finish.

Because most of the tiny 1,000 edition were reserved for sale through international distributors, few UK collectors have had the opportunity to own this historic Shakespeare coin.

Please note that our stocks of this coin are very limited.
