The UK 2019 Wedgwood £2 BU Pack

To celebrate the 260th Anniversary of Wedgwood pottery, The Royal Mint has just released the Wedgwood £2.

You cannot get a more personal, British connection than this. Wedgwood tableware has graced dining tables across the country since 1759, and has been part of millions, if not billions, of mealtimes.

One of the most successful businessmen of his time, Josiah Wedgwood quickly became known across the world for his innovative and attractive designs. He also mass-produced his pottery, which meant the newly emerging middle-class could afford designer pottery previously reserved for nobility and royalty.

The new £2 coin has been designed by the Wedgwood Design Team, and features one of Wedgwood’s most famous designs – the Portland Vase.

Your £2 has been struck in base metal to Brilliant Uncirculated finish. It comes presented in its official Royal Mint packaging and is available at the Royal Mint issue price of £10 (+p&p).
