America’s most popular coin

The 1oz Silver Eagle has enjoyed growing popularity as a collector’s favourite since it was first released by the United States Mint in 1986.

Struck from one troy ounce of 999/1000 Silver, this coin features the traditional ‘Walking Liberty’ design by Adolph A. Weinman, first used on the United States half-dollar coin from 1916 to 1947. The reverse depicts the classic heraldic Eagle design by John Mercanti.

The intricate and detailed engravings featured on each side of the coin are a testament to the skilful craftsmanship at the United States Mint.
