The Coin of the Cowboys

Whiskey, the Sheriff’s Star – and the gleaming Silver Dollar. These were the key ingredients of  life in the mining and cattle towns of the Wild West. Now you can own one of these original Silver Dollars - a coin that could have paid for Doc Holliday’s whisky – or even been stolen by Jesse James!

Millions were melted down - now even scarcer!

Minted between 1878 and 1921, these "Morgan" Dollars (named after their designer) were struck from 26g of .900 silver – and that was their downfall. Millions upon millions were melted down by the US government and speculators for silver bullion. And as the remaining Morgan Silver Dollars disappeared, collectors began to hunt them down – making them even more scarce!

Limited stock sourced direct from America
