Queen Elizabeth 1966 Photographic Coin

On the 21st April 2016, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II celebrated her 90th birthday and became the first British monarch ever to do so. This event remains one of the most important royal anniversaries in our nation’s history and was a hugely significant event for collectors around the world.

To commemorate this historic occasion, a 24-carat gold-plated coin was officially authorised for release. Limited to just 19,500 coins worldwide, the reverse features a full colour photograph of Her Majesty.

The coin features an expertly engraved 90th Birthday motif in the background, whilst Yousef Karsh’s powerful portrait of the Queen from 1966 is brought to life in full colour in the foreground.

The coin itself has been struck to a full crown diameter of 2½ inches (38.61mm) and is finished to proof quality with perfect 24ct gold plating. It is, of course, fully approved by Buckingham Palace and the Queen.

So if you wish to own this 90th Birthday Photographic coin as a beautiful piece of royal memorabilia, its simple - order now.
