Own the Four Generations of Royalty UK Stamp and Coin Cover

Today you have the chance to own a UK coin cover that’s been 119 years in the making.

That’s how long Britain waited for Four Generations of the Royal Family to be celebrated together. That was 5 years ago, with the Christening of Prince George.  For the first time since Queen Victoria’s reign, the monarch, her son, grandson and great-grandson were all gathered together – today’s queen joined by tomorrow’s kings.

To celebrate this important moment in Royal History, you can own the Four Generations of Royalty UK Stamp and Coin Cover.

A Royal Mail and Royal Mint first

The last time four generations of royalty were celebrated together was in 1894 under Queen Victoria, and this is the first time ever that The Royal Mint has issued a coin that celebrates all four generations in line to the throne on a single coin. Whilst Royal Mail’s stamps, which also feature on the cover, include the first British postage stamp that features Prince George.

The Four Generations of Royalty £5 coin

The reverse features an original design by much-loved calligrapher Timothy Noad, and ornately shows the initials of the current four generations, E, C, W, G, and represents the heritage of the House of Windsor.

£5 coins are reserved for the most important Royal and Historical anniversaries, and this £5 is the perfect way to celebrate this historic moment in our monarchy’s history. It is sure to prove to be a hugely popular addition to any collection.

Royal Mail Miniature sheet

The miniature sheet features four First Class stamps and is a photograph of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II sat alongside her three direct successors; His Royal Highness Prince Charles, His Royal Highness Prince William and His Royal Highness Prince George.

The stamps have been postmarked by Royal Mail with Her Majesty’s actual Birthday – 21.04.18.

Significantly, JUST 500 covers are being issued worldwide.  And considering it combines Royal Mail stamps and a Royal Mint coin – the most sought after of all coin covers – this celebrative cover is expected to prove popular and sell out fast.

To avoid missing out and become one of the lucky 500, click ‘add to basket’ now to secure your cover.
