Triathlon Olympic 50p in Retail Packaging

This coin was issued as part of a series of 29 Olympic 50ps in commemoration of London 2012, with each 50p featuring a different Olympic Sport.

The 50p is presented in its original Royal Mint packaging, making it a special collector's edition.

The Olympic Triathlon consists of 1.5km swimming, 40km cycling and 10km running all completed consecutively. The sport made its debut at the Sydney Games in 2000, and Alistair Brownlee won Britain's first ever gold in the event at the 2012 games. The coin features a montage of the three sports.

The Triathlon 50p in this packaging is no longer available from The Royal Mint, and we have only managed to secure 14 for our collectors.

Ensure you order today so you don't miss out.

Please note this coin has been priced according to its scarcity and current market value
