Guernsey Treasury have authorised for release a set of five Brilliant Uncirculated 50p coins, celebrating the 150th anniversary of Jules Verne’s epic adventure story; Around the World in 80 Days.

Each of the five coins released have been struck to a Brilliant Uncirculated Quality and depict a key destination that Phileas Fogg visited on his journey around the world. These include London, San Francisco, Singapore, Yokohama and Allahabad.

All five coins have been included in this globetrotting themed cover – easily the ultimate way to own and present this set. 

Specially Commissioned Philatelic Label

Paired alongside your coins is a specially commissioned philatelic label, mirroring the design of the London 50p coin design. As well as this, the presentation cover has also been officially postmarked by Royal Mail with the first day of issue – 29th April 2022.
