This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

The Promotion
A total of three (3) Salmon 50p coins featuring an exclusive Balloon Privy Mark are available to be won, with one prize awarded in each giveaway period.

To enter, customers must make a qualifying purchase from the Change Checker Shop at changechecker.org/shop during the promotional period (please see above for exact entry and closing dates for each giveaway).

Eligible purchases include, but are not limited to:

• Any Change Checker 50p & £2 coin;
• Any £5 commemorative coin;
• Any collecting album or folder; or
• Any other product available for purchase from the Change Checker Shop.

Each qualifying purchase will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.

Every qualifying purchase counts as a separate entry, including multiple purchases of the same product. For example, if you purchase the same qualifying product multiple times, you will receive one (1) entry for each individual purchase.

All valid entries will have an equal chance of winning.

Prize Allocation
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each giveaway period. The random draw will take place live at the times stated above.

Claiming the Prize
Winners will be contacted by email using the email address supplied at the time of purchase and will be provided with instructions on how to claim their prize.

No additional payment is required to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Availability

The prize is subject to availability. Should circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make the stated prize unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Liability
288 Group Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged items in transit.

General
288 Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where necessary.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that 288 Group Ltd may announce and promote their prize win across its websites, social media channels, email communications and other marketing materials. Any use of personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Data Protection
Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with 288 Group Ltd’s Privacy Policy.

Free Entry Route

To enter for free, entrants must email [email protected] with the subject line Salmon 50p Giveaway Entry during the relevant giveaway period. The email must include the entrant's full name, account number, postal address and a contact telephone number.

Each valid email received during the applicable giveaway period will be treated as one (1) entry into that giveaway. Only one free email entry per person per giveaway period is permitted. Multiple qualifying purchases will each receive one (1) entry, but duplicate free email entries will not be accepted.

Free entries must be received before the relevant closing date and time stated in these Terms & Conditions. Late, incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

Free entries will be entered into the same prize draw as purchase entries and will have an equal chance of winning.
