At 5:05pm on Friday 24th October 2003, Concorde touched down at London Heathrow for the very last time. Captain Mike Bannister announced to his passengers , "Concorde was born from dreams, built with vision and operated with pride. Concorde has become a legend today".
Since its retirement almost 4 years ago, the market for Concorde memorabilia has continued to go from strength to strength. That is why we are excited to be able to bring you a unique opportunity to own a classic piece of Concorde Heritage.
We have been able to secure just 113 Dinner Services, made up of the full 9 piece set used on board Concorde. Designed by Sir Terence Conran and produced in fine bone china by Royal Doulton, the set comprises: small plate, medium plate, large plate, cup and saucer, dessert bowl, salad bowl, dish, canapé dish and butter chip.
Their provenance is guaranteed by their exclusive "Royal Doulton Bone China Made in England, British Airways" backstamp and each set is also accompanied by its own Certificate of Authenticity.
