In September 1993 in Yorkshire, a farmer ploughing his fields unearthed 5,000 ancient Roman Bronze Coins. Buried around 270 A.D. these coins became known as the Hatfield Hoard.
The hoard featured coins of several emperors, including Tetricus I. He was emperor from 270 - 273 A.D. at the time of the decline of the Roman Empire; fragmenting from decades of corruption.
The Tetricus I Roman Coin is a genuine piece of history, unearthed here in Britain over 1,700 years ago.
