Celebrate 100 Years of Naval Aviation
This year marks the centenary of Naval Aviation. This Airforce arm of the Navy has a rich history, beginning in 1909 when the order was placed for the 'Mayfly' - an airship funded for naval duties, right up to present day where it currently numbers over 6200 people, operates around 200 combat aircraft and over 50 support and training crafts. You now have the opportunity to own a deserved tribute to mark this milestone centenary anniversary with the 100 Years of Naval Aviation Flown Coin Cover.
